Wellness Fit Lab offers cutting edge, high-tech ways to test and evaluate your overall health and wellness progress. With our powerful technology you can easily create a baseline of your health and evaluate what works to fine-tune your results so you can work smarter and not harder.
If you can’t measure success, you don’t know what works! Our machines show graphs and overlays of your previous workouts to show you an assessment of how you performed and how you are trending. These assessments are available immediately after you finish your workout (and are emailed to you).
